The Wilburman IWA Diary (The Roleplays)

Wilburman's debut match in International Wrestling Alliance saw him lose to a laughing lunatic named J.T. Blackout. However, in defeat came mutual respect and friendship, and with this friendship, they formed a most formidable team which would ultimately secure them the IWA Tag Team Championships later in their IWA careers.

When Wilburman first entered the IWA scene, he had sensed something special about the place. There was something which gave Wilburman a buzz, but he just couldn't quite put a finger onto it... until he faced it... or rather, her...

Emerald Empress.

A little 5 ft 6 redhead who was to turn Wilburman's world upside down, head over heels, but in a good and romantic way of course...

They faced each other for the first time when they both signed up for the Battle Royal to determine the first ever IWA Intercontinental Champion. They chatted, they talked, and they felt good together. And Wilburman, being the romantic guy that he is, used his on-air promo time and asked out the Empress in front of a live audience. Not to be outdone, the stunningly good looking redhead accepted, and they spent their first date, on the night after their Battle Royal match up, at Wilburman's Mean Hotel.

The match up itself was entertaining to say the least. And as luck would have it, Wilburman and the Empress were the final two competitors left in the ring. And as fate would have it, Empress threw the Mean One over the top rope to lift the vacant IC strap. Despite the defeat, Wilburman was not as upset as he might or should have been. The fact of the matter is, he was looking forward to the date!! And he must have put on some show on the date too, cause many many dates soon followed since that historic night, including a most romantic night out at the then-closed Club Hac, a club belonging to one Mad Cyril.

Love was love, and business was business. A rematch for the IWA IC belt was inevitable, and when the rematch came, it came with a monster that would continue to be a thorn in Wilburman's wrestling life.

Just when Empress was about to tap out to Wilburman's Justice, a 7 ft monster by the name of Chamber came out and interfered in the match up, thus allowing the Empress to retain the IC belt. However, that didn't mean she was happy about it. A round of double teaming later saw the 7 footer being attended to by the arena's EMTs.

But this was not to be the last we see of the monster known as Chamber. This was just the beginning of Wilburman's strongest, toughest, oldest and longest feud.
